By submitting a registration form, you indicate your intention to register and pay for a business listing on Benoni.biz.

You may elect, upon registration, to purchase a website along with your business listing. After registration, we will contact you to inform you of the steps required for the development of your website and to collect the necessary information for its production.

You agree to share the information provided in the registration form with Benoni.biz and its partners or vendors involved in delivering these services.

Once your registration has been received by Benoni.biz or its representatives, an invoice will be issued for the services requested. Payment of the invoice is due upon receipt.

Your business listing and website development (if selected) will only be activated or commenced once payment has been received.

The payment structure is as follows:

  • R12,000.00 per annum, per listing

  • R20,000.00 per annum, per listing, with the website add-on.

Your account, listing, and website-related services will start from the date of payment receipt. These services are valid for a period of 12 calendar months.

Renewal and Payment Terms:

  • To retain your business listing and website (if applicable), you must pay for the renewal. Renewal fees will be communicated via invoice one month prior to the expiration of your services.

  • If payment for renewal is not received by the renewal date, your services may be suspended or terminated without further notice.

  • If you wish to cancel your business listing or website prior to the end of the 12-month term, no refund will be issued. You will remain liable for the full payment for the agreed-upon period.

Website Services:

  • All websites sold via Benoni.biz are developed and hosted by a third-party service provider.

  • The website service includes the development of a 5-page business website, hosting for one year, and 5 email accounts.

  • The hosting package provided includes a storage quota of 20GB, which is shared among your website and email accounts.

  • If you exceed your allocated storage quota, you will be notified. You will be required to clean up old emails to reduce your storage usage. Failure to do so within 30 days of notification will result in bulk email removals from the hosting platform. All emails older than 3 months will be purged.

Additional Terms:

  1. Content Responsibility: You are responsible for the content provided for your business listing and website. This includes ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights. Benoni.biz reserves the right to remove any content deemed unlawful or inappropriate.

  2. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property developed for your website (such as design, branding, and images) remains the property of Benoni.biz or its third-party providers until full payment has been made. Upon full payment, the intellectual property related to your website will be transferred to you.

  3. Support and Maintenance: Support for the website will be provided only during the hosting term. Once the hosting term expires, continued maintenance and support services will incur additional charges. Any changes or updates to the website post-development will be billed separately.

  4. Downtime or Service Interruption: Benoni.biz and its hosting providers strive to provide 99% uptime for the hosting service. However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. Benoni.biz will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred due to service interruptions.

  5. Privacy and Data Security: Benoni.biz takes your privacy seriously. We adhere to all applicable data protection laws and will make reasonable efforts to secure your data. However, Benoni.biz cannot be held responsible for any data breaches that occur outside our control.

  6. Termination of Services: Benoni.biz reserves the right to terminate any service for breach of terms or non-payment. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the service.

  7. Force Majeure: Benoni.biz shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or technical failures.
